EN IEC 62061

EN IEC 62061 is a machinery standard for safety-related control systems; it grades each safety function by Safety Integrity Level.

It shares ground with EN ISO 13849-1, and either is an accepted route for circuits such as emergency stops and interlocks. Its IEC 61508 roots make it the natural home for complex electronic and programmable systems.
