Declaration of Incorporation

A Declaration of Incorporation is the document issued with partly completed machinery in place of a Declaration of Conformity.

It confirms which requirements have been met so far and travels with assembly instructions, because the equipment cannot be CE marked or used until built into a complete machine. Whoever completes the final assembly takes on responsibility for its conformity.
